Sales mainly via wholesalers or HVAC-companies. No consumer sales.
DELIVERY CONDITIONS
Our delivery conditions are Ex works or free at our warehouse, unless otherwise agreed on in writing, i.e. during tenders. Prices are net prices without taxes, VAT 0%, and the currently valid VAT will be added to the prices. Packages, palettes and packing costs are not included in the prices.
Any remarks or complaints must be made within 8 days after receiving the goods.
WARRANTY
Warranty time is two (2) years. Warranty is valid for possible production or raw material faults in the products we deliver. Possible damages caused by these faults and/or costs incurred repairing the damages the warranty does not cover.
In case the product fault is caused by incorrect handling of the product or some other similar reason the warranty becomes void. Compensation will always occur after the faulty product is returned for inspection and the fault is found to be under warranty belonging.
Returning any product must always be agreed on in advance. See return policy below.
RETURN POLICY
Returns must always be agreed on in advance. Products returned without any agreement we do not compensate. Any deliveries sent as COD-deliveries we do not redeem.
All goods that will be returned must be as good as new and in original package so that they can be accepted and compensated. Goods must be returned without delay and according to an agreement.
Goods that have been ordered as factory deliveries we will not take back nor compensate.
For an acceptable returnment we will compensate up to 80% of the purchase price, unless it is a delivery error.
The following must always be included with the returned goods:
- date
- the reason for the return of the goods
- the article name and amount of the returned goods
- name of the person who has agreed on the returnment (person working at Zenner-Korkeamaki)
- contact details of the person making the returnment |
